As a Mumma or Daddy, we are very busy with our little ones, always juggling our commitments.
As a Student or Employee, there is so much expected of us.
As someone looking for work or being cared for or taking some time out or off, we may feel pressure to re-engage.
We suggest you utilise your resources as economically and as wisely as possible.
Choose your words, your people & your projects wisely.
Lead through example.
Use & trust your gut & intuition.
Keep going even when the odds seem stacked against you, which happens all the time!
Be yourself. Aim to be at your own personal best no matter what situation you find yourself in.
Communicate well. This can change someone feeling upset with you, into understanding.
A healthy network can save you. A healthy network of people around you to help if needed, but also listen.
This includes;
A healthy family and a Good friend or two.
Do not compare yourself with others, and downplay your greatness or ability.
Things will turn around with daily effort put into an area you want to see improvement.
Don’t try to be someone else & do not dishonour yourself and wish you were someone else.
Show other people what to do by doing it yourself. Become an example that is willing to assist others where possible.
If you tell them but don’t show them that you are doing it too, you might lose them. If you cannot do it for some reason, then please communicate it at your earliest convenience.
Trust comes from not breaking it & being as honest as you can be, & minimise human pain & damage wherever possible. Sometimes we make mistakes, and this is what it means to be human. Let's pray and hope these mistakes can be rectified.
When mistakes are made, or something happens that could hurt an organisation or a person, stay calm, breathe through it, then as soon as you are aware, & if it is safe to do so, talk to the other party and rectify it as best you can.
Gather your wits & record the information & then communicate it to someone who can escalate it to the right person to solve it in advance of the possible negative outcome. Give them a solution where possible to take up the chain of command.
Anxiety, or nervousness must be monitored. It’s normal to feel some, when you are doing things for the first time, or doing things that have never been done before.
Never eject on life.
Psychological & psychophysiological issues can really hurt. We want to ensure that this doesn't happen, so stay vigilant and do you best to be present with people you are concerned about. They are worth your time.
Depend on your basic Rituals every single day, keep going. Keep moving forward.
Try and ensure you take a shower every day.
Make your bed & clean up.
We suggest that you take your health very seriously. Perhaps have a full medical every 2-3 years.
Your healthy brain talks to your healthy body & keeps you going even under what could be enormous pressure.
A healthy neural network inside your brain is imperative and this comes from your basic rituals supporting your lifestyle so you have the energy and wherewithal to keep going even through sleepless nights with your children.
If you are healthy, you can obviously help others around you more along with yourself.
So can a healthy body.
The last two go hand in hand.
We also require a healthy financial situation.
Stay away from processed food & cook at home where possible, to your own standard of cleanliness.
Cook yourself good food, eat raw fruit and vegetables, organic where possible, however you are better to eat it, even if it is not organic than shun non-organic food, if you can’t afford it or cannot get your hands on it.
Perhaps look at the dirty dozen & the clean thirteen online.
The quality of your life is in the hands of your farmers, your food suppliers, & your chefs.
A couple of health tips here for you, because you have taken the time to read this far....
Stay away from saturated fats & fried take away foods, as much as you reasonably can.
Cook with a good Oil….Olive, sesame, peanut (if not anaphylactic), Coconut.
Food storage is ridiculously important.
Don’t store food in plastics that are not BPA free, where possible as Chemicals are leaching into our foods, especially when we heat plastic.
Listen to any song you choose that lifts your spirits.
Stay together.
Work together.
DON'T give up...EVER.
We will not fall as a team, someone is always there to help you back up, and you for them.
Remember who you are.
Utilise your networks of friends & family to talk to often.
Remember that, we don’t have to go to church to find God.
God is energy. God is all things. God is Energy all around us.
If the above is true, then perhaps we are ALL aspects of divinity or God?
It follows then, that if this teaching is true, that we have creative power & must use this as wisely as possible.
We can be wise. Take time to think things through. Choose the best course of action, all things considered.
Know that you are resourceful and can find a way forward, even if it takes a lot longer than planned.
We are all thrown curveballs all the time. Be ready for ANYTHING with a calm mind and quick wit.
Any resource we can get our hands on, use them wisely:
Money,
Relationships,
Products & Services….
Think quality,
Deliver quality,
Be Consistent,
Stick To Your Values,
….then you will be trusted.
Never bow to pressure when you know you must do something in a new way.
We must use our resources wisely & invest in the things that matter most to us.
Remember, that Friendships are some of the most powerful resources we have.
