Yep…that’s pretty much it.
Many people we know have used this particular ritual set and found it extremely effective…….so, if it works, why do anything else?!
Move your body by using this simple checklist each and every day….it only takes 10 minutes to do the toning exercises.
Everyone can easily find 10 mins within a 24 hour period (when you get up, it’s a great way to blow out the cobwebs and get ready for work!).
It takes 20-30mins if you wish to add the cardio part (which can be anything from a relaxed walk, to a ride or run, and we suggest you do the cardio minimum 2-3 times a week, which is how long I would encourage you to work out for, if only working out 2-3 times a week).
However, if you work out on a daily basis, at any time of day (or perhaps when you need an energy boost and are feeling low for some reason and need to pick yourself up).
Just doing the exercises just sucks my body in and I can actually feel my muscles tightening….I have 6 pack abs now!!
