May I introduce you to the “Toned Body Challenge?” using our Health based Resilience Rituals.
A bit of background for you….I went to a doctor for a medical and had a conversation about overall Health. We spoke about having a Defense strategy.
What we meant by Defense strategy was, maintaining good health through diet, daily stretching and regular cardio (get your heart rate up a bit) exercise.
Over the past decade, I have tried and tested so many ways of losing a few pounds or kilograms and there is only one way that stands out above the rest.

Many people we know have used this particular ritual (group of habits) set, once I explained it to them and have found it extremely effective…….so, if it works, why do anything else?!
If you give it a go and decide to move your body by using this simple checklist each and every day, you WILL see results…
…it only takes 10 minutes to do the toning exercises.
Everyone can easily find 10 mins within a 24 hour period (when you get up, it’s a great way to blow out the cobwebs and get ready for work!).
It takes an extra 10 – 20 (so maximum 30mins all up) if you wish to add the cardio part (which can be anything from a walk, to a ride or run, and we suggest you do some kind of cardio minimum 2-3 times a week).
Perhaps aim to do some cardio on a daily basis, at any time of day (perhaps when you need an energy boost and are feeling low for some reason and need to pick yourself up).
At the very least, I walk minimum 10 minutes a day, even if it is just doing laps around my home doing chores! Keep those steps up. Keep on moving!
Just doing the stationary exercises sucks my body in and I can actually feel my muscles tightening and have loved every minute of my stretching in particular on a mat in my home…I love the stretching part the most.

Yes, it does take discipline to make this happen on busy days, to find 10 minutes…
….but so does anything worth doing!
I usually do this at the start or very end of the day as it then becomes one of my healthy body rituals.
